Nest: Legacy Configuration and New Device

I have been using the nest integration since before the API lockdown.

i.e.

nest:
  client_id: CLIENT_ID
  client_secret: CLIENT_SECRET

Recently I have had to replace one of my thermostats and cannot work out how to

  1. Remove the old Device and its related entities
  2. Add the new Device and related entities

Any suggestions would be appreciated
