Netgear device tracker: how to track mobile phone if no MAC or IP address are provided?

Dear community,

I have configured Netgear device tracker and few entities like below have appeared in Home Assistant (taken from “States” menu, /dev-state URL):

I wonder how can I track mobile phone presence if either IP address no MAC address are provided?

I am curios how to further build any automation which is based on MAC address of the device… Should I use unknown_3 name or should I first give it a name?

Another problem which I can foresee is that if mobile is connected to the network through WiFi extender, then Netgear shows MAC address of the extender on its web interface, not the original MAC. Any ideas how to overcome that?
