New Automation Error

Hi. I just recently updated to the lasts home assistant core 2025.2.2 I think it is. Just in the last couple days. I tried to create some new automations today and once I create a trigger and some conditions I get this message pop up;

Should I roll back to a previous backup?

That would be a bit drastic. Try just following the advice in the error message.

Go to Developer Tools- > YAML and run a configuration check.

I did. It checks out fine. Dont know whats happend

That relevant information would have been nice to include in your initial post.

Once config check finishes, even if it says it will not prevent HA from starting, look at Settings → System → Logs for errors.

I suspect I have seen this, and rebooting the host helped the user in that case. Rebooting the host, not just restarting the restarting HA.
I would try that.

I rebooted the VM running HAOS and that seemed to fix things.

I’m an IT professional… I should have known to start things out with, “Did you reboot the computer?” lol

I just let my frustrations get ahead of me!
