New to HA, just got a green and I cannot login. The green shows up in the Android app. Tried restarting the green and reinstalling the app. I may have a very old HA login, but if so I never did anything with it.
I finally decided that the new HA Green I got from Amazon had been returned by another customer after they signed in on it. The steps to reset it were beyond my skill level. I returned it and got a fresh one, which worked fine.
