Your title is terrible and see the note at the end about new integrations.
There have been multiple requests for Qubo products, but the vendor is using a closed protocol with encrypted communication to a cloud service.
You best option is to get Qubo set up with Google Assistant and then use the Google Assistant in HA to control it through Google.
You can try to contact the vendor for an API, but since they also live of subscription to their cloud service, then my guess is that it will be a big NO or just no answer at all.
My recommendation is to find another brand. I do not like cloud services and here you need two different ones to make it work.
If you can link to an existing FR I can close this as a duplicate. I couldn’t find any.

Qubo is a smart home brand that uses the Tuya Smart platform, offering a range of connected devices controllable through the Tuya Smart app, which is available for both iOS and Android.
I did a search and Gemini confirmed my suspicions that Qubo is Tuya. So your integration already exists in several forms.
Just use the Tuya integration in core or one of the many available from GitHub using the HACS loader.
They are not in the feature request category, but around in other categories.
I found the Tuya reference too, but also many references to Tuya not working.
It seems that some device categories are “pure” Tuya and others are a brand specific variant.
Heat pumps was one of the categories many had luck with and bulbs and especially switches were trickier.
OK, so it’s another Sylvania. that is also firmware tweaked Tuya hardware.
