They work but aren’t persistent across reboots.

A good starting point would be to tell us which particular integrations and if you are using the GUI or YAML.

Just following it up, turned out to be the meross hacs integration, I found an old post where someone had something similar, so, uninstalled and switched to meross lan, fix0red.
