New target triggers - questions

Here I have the few questions for the new target trigger system. We can use this thread as general questions. Let me start

When trigger has a choice on multiple targets, eg. one area and one label, will the trigger fire on OR or AND event, especially when defining multiple different types of targets?

Use case here is to use one label for one type of sensors or devices and then have a trigger Trigger when device in room X and only if it has label Y fires

Do the new triggers have the time option, eg. for to wait certain amount of time before trigger fires?

Use case here is common, fire the trigger when last motion sensor is off for at least X amount of time.

Remember that this is all still early, and things will very likely change…

For that they follow union logic, not intersection logic. The target for the room creates a list of target-able entities and the target for the label creates a list of target-able entities… and any of those entities can cause the trigger to fire.
