Is it possible to setup the HA dashboard without sensors?

I would like to build out and organize the interface while my components are on order, is this possible?

When you say “HA dashboard” are you referring to the Web UI? If so, then you can hide any entity you want using the customize section by setting “hidden: true”.

if you really mean HAdashboard then it would be hard.

to build out the interface you need sensornames.

it is possible to experiment with it with the default HA options and sensors like sun, weather, etc.
