Running HA 2021-12.6 supervised install on ubuntu linux in a VM. I tried going through the new Tuya integration setup, did the Tuya dev portal account, all devices show up in there. Then setup the integration in HA, which all connected without error but no devices end up showing up. gone through the setup a few times and nothing changes. I have LED light strips and a power strip in the tuya account.
I am seeing a message in the Tuya portal about my trial period ending but when I click that message it brings me to a page asking for $5000. Is that a real thing?
Hi, The trial account is still working fine . Do not pay anything .
The issue you are having are not related to that and could be something else .
Also just a note that a lot of us are having issue with tuya at the moment .Its worth searching the forum before you go through the trouble of changing things around to fix it
following this as I’ve just run into the same issue. All configuration steps went fine. But no devices are showing in the add-on.
The only device I use is a wifi thermostat, which does show in the tuya cloud platform (but not in the add-on)
