New user help, can’t access device via local network

Hi, I’m a new user and just purchased this.

The device boots up and I see it on my network.

I can’t access the device via:
www.homeassistant.local:8123
Or using my IP address.

I’m using a Google Wi-Fi mesh network.

Do I need need to follow the instructions about writing an image to boot media? Or do I have a network problem with Google Wi-Fi?

Also, I can see the device on my local network via network scan and the Google wifi app. I just cant access the page to login for access.

Try the local IP you see there on screen.
http://192.168.86.73:8123
