New User how to check reason of crash

Hi,
I am currently switching from ioBroker to HA and encountering lots of crashes while adding functions.
I am using a raspberry pi 3b 1GB right now until I can turn off the ioBroker that is running on my big Raspie 4 with plenty of ram.

I am sure the crashes are related to low memory.
However, how can I check the reason of the last crash/problems elegantly.

Probably low memory and a 3b is not ideal to run Home Assistant.

Check this list for how to get the logs but don’t skip checking the other items.
