I have just received my HA Green just buy on the net to a vendor. I’m new with HA never used or configured anything. I have just connected my HA Green but I don’t see the first account creation page it asked me to login even after tried the reset option same behaviour… Any idea?

Yes I have done all the step but either with the iphone app or the MacOS app or the web connection I’ll start each time on the login page and not the welcome page to create first account
I have unbox the HA green and connect everything and wait few minute and try to see it in the app but nothing happen so maybe because I was no enough patient I have push the power button maybe before it finalize the first configuration so I have break maybe something during first configuration then I have wait more than 30 minutes and it was visible in all the apps but when I click on the server the next page is directly the login one and not the starting one with account creation. I have tried again a reboot following the step by step process but same result…
It sounds like maybe something happened during setup. Since you are brand new, I would suggest trying a factory reset:
Already done at least twice but same result I’ma afraid that I will have to do a complete factory reset from scratch using SD to re install HA OS in the eMMC… I’m not fully confortable with this action because lot of things to prepare before uploading the ocntent on the Micro SD but If I have no choice…
Maybe the seller sent you a used model. You can do a factory reset via keyboard and monitor by running this
ha os datadisk wipe
