i install HA and all ok but after reboot on rasberry pi4 i can start de service any more
matbee i donc know how too start HA can you help òe please ?

Very little information to help. Maybe start by telling how you installed HA ?
Raspberry pi 4
Raspberry pi 4 is the machine you installed HA on. It does not tell how you installed HA.
I follow the guide on this site, and everything working good but at the reboot the service stay down
Assuming you followed this guide :
How did you reboot ? Did you unplug the rbpi, or did you reboot from the hassio menu ?
The main reason HA does not start up if installed this way : you made modifications to configuration.yaml and did not check if everything was ok before restarting/rebooting. HA will only start up again if these errors are corrected.
In the future you need to be more specific, as there are several guides on this site. There are many ways of installing and running home assistant.
