@balloob - I deleted my VM and recreated it from scratch using the 2023.5.2 and wanted to let you know that it did indeed fix the issue. Thanks for finding the issue and implementing a fix so fast! Very impressed! That’s what makes HA so great!

Issue is still here.
Installed HA using the PI Imager on a Pi4.
After I log in, this is the only thing I see:
After the login it is supposed the show a map if I remember correctly.
Tried 5 different browsers, private windows etc etc.
Doing inspect on the page shows several errors:
