Newbie to HA

Hi, Just starting out with HA. Have Rpi4 loaded with HA image on 128GB SD card. I can see the IP address titled homeassistant using angry ip scanner but my PC(W12 Pro) can’t find the address,. Any help would be appreciated. I have tried reloading the image.

If you can attach a monitor to your Pi, you can see what is going on

You need port 8123.

Try to reboot with the monitor on.
