So, I used the Nextcloud integration to get some indicators going and it worked fine for all my HA instances. However, I think after upgrading to HA 2026.9, it stopped connecting. Here’s what I tested:
- All instances of HA integration have stopped.
- I did not upgrade Nextcloud (33.0.8)
- I did upgrade HA (2026.9, then 2026.9.1)
- Nextcloud seems to be working fine and all other integrations work (e.g. calendar)
- Refreshing the integration didn’t help
- Removing and re-adding didn’t help
- Upon checking the NC side, it appears to reset the “last use” of the app password to “a few seconds ago” every time the integration reloads. So I think NC thinks everything is fine (not an auth error)
HA logs issue this as an error:

It also issues several warnings with “Waiting for integrations to complete setup: {(‘nextcloud’, ‘[long key]’): [number].[number]}” but I suspect that’s just it waiting for the integration to start.
I even went to another HA and started fresh and it would behave the same (stall, than fail).
Anyone else using the integration? Does it work for you? Am I looking at the wrong logs? It just looks like it says “timeout” to me.
