can someone tell my why the HA-NPM will does not be updated?

There is a GitHub repo for this. I would check there, or contribute an update there yourself.

i know, but there are no one answer, many peoples ask for that.

Another person wondering this - there are a few CVEs now for Nginx so even an updated version would be good - lots of people probably use it and could be unaware!
