Just a quicky, If I change the hostname of my installation in settings/system/network/Hostname to lets say farmmachine, do I also have to update the last line in /share/nginx_proxy_default_fix_ingress.conf to proxy_pass http://farmmachine.local.hass.io:8123/api;
