Nginx showing up in logs when it is not installed

I had Nginx and it was not working due to how things are configured for my home assistant. I have it installed in Virtual Box.

I uninstalled Nginx, but for some reason it shows up in some logs for other apps.

Nginx shows as starting in Traccar, multiapp proxy, bookstack etc… It does not do it for every app. I did not look at the logs for every app installed.

I only have 10 apps installed. Would my router or Hue lighting that are connected to HA, pull that in some how?

I think HAOS use NGinX internally to share ports with apps that need network access and most do that.
