Nibe Heat Pump integration - connecting NIbe F1245PC with Modbus 40 module and Moxa NPort P5150

Current state:

Nibe F1245 PC → Modbus 40 → ATC107N → Moxa NPort P5150A

Using Node-RED I have a Flex Getter Node with the following settings for the Server:

I’m able to read and write the Modbus registers.

Future state:

I want to use the Nibe Heat Pump integration.

This integration has the option to use a Modbus RTU connection.

However when I enter the serial port used in the Node-Red configuration (/dev/ttyr03) I have no luck.

Do I need to enter something else or is my configuration not supported?

@elupus Do you know if this should work? Or should I add a feature request?

I don’t know. Modbus40 might work. But i don’t know anybody that tested it. With that nport GW im less sure. You would have to debug things extensively yourself and propose fixes yourself.

Still, first step is try and post logs.

New to HASS.

But how can I debug? Nothing is written to the home-assistant.log.* or home.assistant.log.fault.
