Nibe Heatpump with SMO S40 TCP/IP Modbus GW

Hi All,

I’m trying to integrate my Nibe heatpump with an SMO S40 Control-Unit. The SMO sits on the local LAN and I have the IP Address and enabled the ModBus feature on the screen. The Home Assistant module ask for an external IP and multiple ports? All I know is my local IP and ModBus port 502? I need some help retrieving these settings. Where can I find them?

Oh wait, I selected GW since I have the GW, but think I need ModBus now right?
