Installed Meross Lan. That is available in Devices, HAC Services. Prerelease and Update is available in Entities. Cannot find the garage door controller (MSG100). It is available in the Meross App and functions correctly. I have rebooted the device. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the device. I have changed dynamic to static ip address. It did appear in dchp browser but has disappeared (probably after reinstall of device). I have seen no method of entering Meross credentials. What steps have I missed?
