No history or registry after updates

Since the last update (I think core) a couple of days ago… I no longer have a history of any entity or history log tabs in the side menu. This morning another update jumped (I thought it might be to correct it) but nothing has changed.

Does anyone know if I should do something?

Hello jbega,

I am not certain if it will help, but the next thing I would is reboot the host, then look in the logs and see if you can find something in the logs if it’s still weird.

Thanks for answering! I have restarted and in n config/system/logs checked both the core and supervisor as host, apparently I don’t see any related errors

You would be looking for something about database errors or database rebuilding or something like that.

Thanks for the advice, that’s what I did but I didn’t see anything in the records. I had to load a backup from January.

Hi,

I have the same issue after upgrading on 6 Feb. to version 2025.2 from 2025.1.4. No more history to show. Did reboot and upgrades to latest version.
How can I fix this?

Checked log files. In supervisor log file I found this:

As far as I can see no errors.

Thanks for the support

Just set back a copy of last database that was working. Noticed that I also downgraded HA to 2025.1.4…
Did I do something wrong or is it not possible to just restore database. I used the System → backup then restore option .

After downgrade still no history.

When rebooting/starting:
Logger: homeassistant.helpers.translation
Source: helpers/translation.py:226
First occurred: 15:04:09 (1 occurrences)
Last logged: 15:04:09

Failed to load integration for translation: Integration ‘resources’ not found.

And this one:
Logger: homeassistant.setup
Source: setup.py:269
First occurred: 15:04:15 (1 occurrences)
Last logged: 15:04:15

Setup failed for ‘resources’: Integration not found.
This I have since 7 or 8 month.

Can someone help me please? I upgraded back to 2025.2 and still no history. How can I fix this?

Have been searching but not found a solution, is there a way to start the history recording? Anyone else has this issue?
Any help much appreciated,

Thank you very much
