No Updates Available

I need to update my HASS install but when I go to Settings/System/Updates there are no updates available. And yes there should be an update available because I haven’t updated in a while. What do I need to do to get an update offered?

If there’s nothing in updates and nothing appears when you click the refresh button…

you can try restarting… but that shouldn’t be necessary.

If you’re sure there should be updates, it might be helpful if you share your system info.

Well you are correct, there should definitely be updates for most of those… on the bright side your OS is up to date.

Have you checked for skipped updates? In the Updates page > click the 3-dot menu in the upper right corner then click the check box.

OK thanks, that’s the money. I did not know about the checkbox for skipped updates.

  1. Open Developer tools.
  2. Click - Check and restart
  3. Click - Advanced options
  4. Press the red button - Reboot system
