Node Red groups.yaml items not available in call service entities list

Hi All,
I use the groups.yaml for entering groups of entities.
Since a recent (node red) update this seems to be unavailable. I cannot enter group.xxx for entities in a call service node… they just do not appear in the list. All the individual entities are still listed.

This is how it used to be

I’ve restored a backup and all working again.

Updated HA to the latest version… node red was still working with group.yaml entities.

Again updated Node Red. It has to update my nodes.

Then it’s broken again. You cannot use grouped entities any more.

I can’t find any info on what has changed.
