Node-RED ui shows refreshing

Not sure when it broke, but as of the past week or so my Node-RED ui is not loading. My automations are still working but i can’t add/modify anything. I have a blank ui and my tab on any browser I am using is showing that it’s trying to refresh.

Node-RED is running on a docker image 0.20.7 and nginx on my synology NAS.

any ideas?

am i the only one having issues? This was working since I implemented it, but just recently stopped working.
