@heatherw001 what are you using for your water chemistry?
It’s the WaterGuru Sense S2. There’s an integration for it in HA. I don’t rely on it for exact chemical readings, but it’s a good baseline and it’s pretty cool to have it displayed on my dashboard 
For anyone else that sees this, I did figure out the method for setting the pool into service mode from HA, so now my pool guy has a nice dashboard he can log into, set the pool into service mode and resume normal mode when he’s finished.
