NodeRed crashing my HA & help me with my First Installation

I’ve just installed NodeRed to home assistant and it doesn’t want to start - i click on the button to start and it doesn’t want to do anything, although the whole home assistant system seems to be malfunctioning as i cannot even load the terminal nor the website itself once i install node-red
Would node-red be able to crash the OS i’ve installed on the NUC, is that what’s happening?

The main reason i need NodeRed is due to another student before me at the company created a node-red json which is used to monitor all energy meters, compressed air usage etc. and i am planning to import this file and try to read it - but i think he’s reading from a COM-PORT not a server/ethernet/ip, would i still be able to do this remotely?

Code is here (It was too long to post here)
