Because I am not a developer I stayed away from HA for years but finally went with the Green as the UI became easier for me. I’ve forgotten my pw and I’ve watched videos and searched. I have access to my HA thru my local web access on my PC but I am trying to get access thru my phone and the HA app but can’t access due to forgotten pw. How can I reset it? The videos I’ve found are geared to folks who plug a monitor into their Pi and use the command prompts. I can follow those directions but how do I get in with a Green? Also, I don’t have an extra monitor to move to my Green so I’ve ordered an HDMI capture card in hopes that I can use my ipad mini 6 as a display. I hate to say it but even with Green HA seems a LOT more complicated than all of the other smarthome hubs I’ve tried. Is there a way to do this for newbies?
Thanks Francis. However my name card looks different than yours and has no password field. Under my name is username, but then it says “Active” and below that “Local Access Only” and below that “Administrator”?
