Not all covers (Shelly) in a group react to the actions fired on the group

I have six covers. Four of them are Shelly 2.5 und two of them are Shelly 2PM Gen 3.
Five window covers (Shelly 2PM Gen 3 Shelly 2.5) are grouped into one cover group and that cover group and the door cover (Shelly 2.5) is grouped into a group with all covers.

Starting proably with the August release, when I e.g. tell the group with all covers to close, the two Shelly 2PM Gen 3 sometimes do not close. In that case there is no state change from open to closing displayed in the history of the entitites. I can then close them manually, so the Shelly integration seems to be fine.

Before August, that configuration worked perfectly. Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce that reliably.

Any ideas how I could fix that?

Running them all as WIFI? Maybe your network is busy and things are getting dropped.
Try playing with it and send to a list instead of a group, or try a label, or different ways of ‘grouping’ them to see if something works better.

This could be related to the firmware 2.0.0 for Shelly Gen2+ devices. Updating devices to 2.0.1-beta1 should fix your problem.

Thank you for you suggestion. I’ve updated now the firmware to the beta version. Let’s see if that helped!
