Not be able to login

Hi all,

I have a weird situation: since yesterday im not be able to login into my home Assistant (odroid 2+). Automations are still working but im not be able to login anymore. Both my admin account and user account are pushing a “unknown account/password” error. Which is impossible because i use a password manager to fillout the passwords.

Using the interface to reset the passwords also give an unknown error.

Did you have any ideas?

Hi @Sir_Goodenough thank you but i tried most of the options already but didnt work out.

The whole environment was stable for more then a year. I’ve applied the latest versions and perhabs something is buggy?

I will try to recover one of my backup files.

OK, Ras pi with an SD card? You may have lost your SD card…

Very common to happen after you update and delete an old version and load a new one. All SD cards wear out, some sooner than others.

No im running HA on a Odroid2+ with EMMC memory.

And because my automations are still running i dont think that it is a memory issue

The locked out process needs a keyboard and monitor - you can’t do it over SSH.
