No but I have this blueprint 
State Notifications & Actions.
You can have it so when the garage door is opened for X amount of time it will send you a notification with an action to close the door. You have 2 notifications Start and End. There currently no reminder option yet but is on a list to do. You can use the end notification to send you the reminder again.
