Hello all, thanks for all of the helpful info, I have mine working now and the ui layout is about 80% done.
I am using licensed FullyKiosk as the launch app / kiosk, and are using the HACS wallpanel integration to hide the toolbars and provide advanced screensavesrs etc.
The only thing I cannot get working is the motion detection to stop the wallpanel screensaver. It will stop when I touch the screen, but not when I move my hand close to the screen.
I have the NSPanlel Pro tools V1.1 installed, it is configured to launch FullyKiosk and the sensitivity is set high enough to detect at about 8" away, but the wallpanel screensaver will never get stopped by the motion detection.
hat specific settings to I need to make in FullyKiosk to allow it to pass through the motion detection to the wallpanel integration to stop the screensaver display ?
Do not install Xposed library unless you have compelling reason. Nowadays if you want to update Webview component you dont need Xposed.
Check my github page there is the solution!
ps:
Very hard to remove Xposed later or you are risking to lost the original device licence data. Check previous people who are stucked in the factory app.
Damn, installed xposed few month ago for update the webview. For now all seem ok, but if i try to run the original ewelink app, it show a strange chinese window with 2 options.
Somehow you lost your licence data which is stored in a special place. The eWelink app first checks if there is a licence data if not it switches to factory app
Not too bad, i hope to not use the original app anymore, it launch home assistant app from the start… I’ve not ran the original app from the day that i’ve bought it
Thanks…
HI! It seems I can only connect to wifi for a few seconds and then it drops and says that it has an “authentication problem”.
I reinstalled the 2.3.0 fw using @seaky files and roottool because I can’t also update the webview and still can only connect to wifi after a reboot and only for a few seconds. anyone has an idea how to solve this
edit: I’ve attatched a screenshot of the translated result of the the built in
Oddly, on a newer NSPanel Pro I can do the first update of the WebViewer, but when in developer options, I get no choice and only an older version (103.x.x.x). Cannot adb install a newer version. Fails to install, saying it needs to be uninstalled first.
Then I see that it tries to install as com.google.android.webview rather than com.android.webview. Since I am obviously too stupid - could you point me to the right direction, please? (Though WebViewer 103.x.x.x seems to be ok so far).
Thanks!
Hello, I’m attempting to update my T6E panel (Avatto Zigbee smart scene switch). Previously, I had it working with instructions from Blakadder’s tutorial. However, now my Fully Kiosk is stuck on ‘Home Assistant initializing.’ Consequently, I’m trying to update the panel software, currently at version 4.49.1, to a newer firmware.
Here’s my process:
I installed the NSPanel Pro Root Tool APK.
I uploaded the new 1.7 APK from Seaky (I also attempted later versions).
I navigate to the Root Tool and verify the file, then proceed to install.
Upon attempting to install, I receive a popup stating that the Root Tool has stopped.
If I return to the tool, I find that I can’t verify again and need to re-upload the APK firmware.
Unfortunately, the app stops every time.
Does anyone know what might be happening or what I might be doing wrong?
I’m a bit confused you are talking about 1.7 APK, please clarify that Is this the APK or the CoolKit_Sonoff_480P_20230411_1.7.0-ota.zip ? The second is the device firmware the first one is an android application not a firmware.
Im running HA on a nspanel pro for over a year now. Something I’m getting a black screen / it crash and i need te restart it. I was thinking to update the ha app, what is the best way to to that?
Apologies for any misunderstanding. I’m still getting accustomed to this. What I’m referring to is indeed that i uploaded the CoolKit_Sonoff_480P_20230411_1.7.0-ota.zip file.
My panel is an Avatto T6E (px30_evb by Rockchip) running Firmware version 1.49.1. I believed that updating to a higher firmware version might resolve the issue of getting Home Assistant (on Fully Kiosk) up and running again.
I tried the repacked webview apk but did not work.
Hello everyone, is there a way to retrieve the temperature sensor information into Home Assistant? I run seaky’s tool, Fully Kiosk and the HA companion app on the NSPanel pro. Thanks!
