I signed up for the Nubu Casa cloud feature. I am able to log into HA via app and computer while offsite. However, my daughter has a user account that is limited to control only her devices. She now can’t sign on to HA and when I enter the IP address of the HA server, I get errors signing her in. She only has a local user name and it seems the app is trying to default to Nubu Casa even for local users. Do I have to create Nubu Casa accounts or users for everyone that uses HA locally?
How is your daughter trying to access HA? Through the official app? If so, you need to specify the internal url in the app configuration to make it work. She’ll then be able to access HA from home, however not from outside your home.
