I´m running HA Supervised on a Intel NUC in docker with Ubuntu.
For the last few weeks I had 2 instances where it shut down on its own.
Are their any logs in Ubuntu I can check?

Sure, I understand, but it could be that someone else with also Home Assistant loaded as in my config experienced the same.
Cause you’re running supervised, guess you really need to get support that way…
But you can get some info on what caused it with:
last -x
If you can see no runlevel changes from those reboots could be from power/acpi issue… note the time of last reboot and check /var/log/messages for that time.
