Hello,
I’ve been trying to get the Nuki Pro 4th Gen to work over matter but it’s failing every time.
- Enabled ipv6 on the whole network
- Have an SLZB-MR4U with thread activated
I also have some new IKEA matter devices running without problems
What am i missing?. Is the unit faulty?.
I do the following:
- Go to the nuki app and into Matter
- Wait for it to choose an integration.
- Go to the HA app on my iPhone
- Go to Add Integration > Matter device
- Scan the QR or enter the code (tried both)
- Connecting forever until time-out
I shows up when i choose that the device is jot visible as a nearby device and when i select it it asks for the code.
