Hello, I’m having a problem with this sensor: RTCGQ11LM Aqara. Basically, all the values are null except Link Quality, Illuminance, and Occupancy. What could be causing this?

After a few hours, all the other parameters appeared. Only yesterday I encountered another problem: the sensor basically froze and the occupancy status didn’t change. I had to unpair it and re-pair it. Is this normal? I think it’s been about 48 hours.
Read this, add more zigbee routers &/or make sure you pair it via the closest router. That’s an old zigbee 1.2 Aqara model, known for its inability to find the best route by itself.
