ODROID M1 On-Board Power and Reset Jumpers

The ODROID M1 has two jumpers on the board for reset and power. Pressing a button connected to the power jumper doesn’t seem to do anything on my system.

I understand that it is simple to shut down Home Assistant using the UI, but I’d like to have an alternate method that’s quick and simple and having a button on the side of the case is about as simple as it gets. I’ve seen a number of references that say that Home Assistant can respond to the system power button, but I haven’t been able to find any real examples of people having done this.

Has anyone been able to use the power jumper to gracefully shut down Home Assistant?

As i understand it you power the odroid down via command shutdown and Power it back on by shortening the jumper.
