Off-the-shelf ZHA/ESPhome GPIO & relais board?

Hi,

I’m looking for an off-the-shelf GPIO & Relais board for ESPhome or ZHA. It should have a few decoupled inputs (optocoupler or current clamp or something), where it can detect presence of AC and DC voltages and a relay or two to switch up to 240 VDC at normal household amperage.
Bonus points for a few decoupled MOSFET outputs and analog inputs, but that’s very optional.
Should be available in the EU without crazy import duties.

I have a bunch of uses for that, but the one currently in my mind is to detect when my apartment’s old AC doorbell is rung and have that available in Home Assistant and to close the contact to buzz people in from within HA.
There’s also some RF-remotes that I would like to wire into and simulate button presses on.
Closest I have seen so far is the Shelly Plus Uni.

Do you people know something like this? I have the skills and materials to homebrew it, but I’d rather save the time and effort it takes to design and hand solder a PCB. For just the door, I could probably use any old DC switch, like the Sonoff Mini-ZBD, it’s the door bell input, that I haven’t seen anything good for, that’s cheap, good and available.

I don’t think it’s easy to find cheap board that has relay and mosfet outputs and optocoupled ac inputs. That doesn’t mean you need to start designing PCB. Pick some common 2-4 CH esp32 relay board and add mosfet module if needed and optocoupler module (or AC-relay) to get trigger.

What comes to mind for me is an ESP-01 relay. (ESP8266) It’s a simple board, requires 5VDC power and you’d have to wire the input yourself. One input, one dry contact output 10A NO or NC.

haven’t seen an opto-coupled AC input module anywhere either and wiring daughter-boards together tends to become pretty messy pretty fast. But yeah, it’s an option if all else fails. The MOSFET outputs are very optional.

There are 814 AC opto modules around, but common approach is to get $1 220VAC opto module and swap the resistor according to your voltage.
