Old way to do time automations

I’m currently running a 0.45.1 version of home assistant before the time automation changes occurred. I cannot find the old documentation and I’d like to add a time based automation. Does anyone remember they keywords for a time trigger? Or better, show me a link to the old documentation?

And before anyone says “Upgrade”, I plan to in January. I’d like to build a quick automation right now for Christmas lights.

There was a breaking change with a time based trigger. Previously it looked for ‘after’ and it was changed to ‘at’

Don’t recall when this happened, probably around then.
