Yesterday, I installed a Z-wave server update. Afterward, it took a while for my Z-wave devices to show as updated, but one has not as of this morning. It’s a Shlage BE469ZP. I have three, and two updated fine, but one didn’t.
Should I give it some more time or just exclude and re-add?
It’s battery powered so might not have checked in yet.
Try activating the device manually or
messing with it to get it to report in. (change the battery, etc.)
I should have added that info. I have several battery devices, and I had to wake them up to get them to report in. Same with the three Shlages. The one I was having issues with did check in within minutes of me posting this morning (of course) but Z-Wave + on that one lock is showing red (i.e. not Z-Wave +). Maybe that’s not a big deal? Maybe it will play catch up? I don’t know.
