I’m a newb to HA, so I apologize for my ignorance. I have enabled the Onkyo integration and I see my AVR, which is a TX-NR7100. I setup the appropriate input options in the device. I am able to control power and Listening Modes and volume. However, when I select a different input, I see a list that I selected in the device setup but when I select an option from the list, no bueno. To simplify things I only selected STRM BOX and TV. When I manually change the input device on the receiver using the remote that came with the receiver, the respective item (STRM BOX or TV) is highlighted blue in HA Companion, so I know the items match.
From the hours I’ve been reading it seems the integration for Onkyo was moved from the Configuration.yaml file into the UI, which looks like it is database driven instead of config file driven. All the troubleshooting I’ve found deals with entries in the Configuration.yaml file as the posts are older. I turned on debugging on the Onkyo integration and when I select a input mode on the onkyo factory remote I see entries in the log file, no errors. When I do it in HA, nothing is added to the log files.
I removed and readded the integration. Still nothing. Any help or direction is appreciated.
