Open the Marketplace and read the warning first, installing and updating work once it is accepted appears when updating HACS

Once again,Open the Marketplace and read the warning first, installing and updating work once it is accepted appears when installing any updates to HACS.
Did by any chance FBI/DHS/DOJ shut down HACS due to DMCA that happened to one app last year? If they did, then will there be a fork?
Thanks

Could You please , in Order , describe what You did/want
As For HACS, install via the Apps Section, Then go to Integrations and Add it from there

Are you on Beta? Marketplace is Beta AFAIK.

I installed via apps section, installed via addon, restarted HAOS, and then cleared cache, went to the devices section and attempted to add it. not there

 , i honestly haven’t heard about a MarketPlace

My apologies if I whiffed that Reply - I intended that for OP… I’ve only heard about Marketplace from a post on Reddit Frenck made earlier this week – I don’t know if it’s part of the new/current Beta (I’m not in Beta) or there just some code related to it that’s somehow snuck in.

Did *You by any chance, Started the HACS App(add-onn) before you restarted ?

Makes me curious

Marketplace is not found anywhere on my build.

FYI

Oh ok, thanks! Now marked as solved. Downgrading to 2026.9.4 due to this.
