Open weather map update frequency

I’m using open weather map and they have a limit on how many updates you can make in a day before they charge.

where can i set the update frequency?

and if the answer is in the yaml which one?

How to set a custom scan_interval

Go to Settings → Devices & Services, click on the integration’s card. Next to each instance of the integration click on the three dots icon and select “System options”.
