Hi all, having an issue with events from my openHasp device, im not seeing long press events coming back to Home assistant via MQTT, however the up and down events are coming back fine, Iāve subscribed to the MQTT events for hasp/# and up and down work fine but no long event. However Its just struck me that maybe button objects done support long press? I want to long press an on off button for a light to open further options for that light (brightness slider) If btn objects do support long press, any idea why these events might not be coming through? thanks.

Total newbie question though : How do I stop the backlight from auto turning off? Iād like to control that purely from home assistant. Also anyway to adjust the backlight brightness dynamically from home assistant?

HI, sorry to drag up an old post but did you get this working? Iāve spent a couple of hours trying o get the album art image showing on media player screen on my Lanbon L8 panel, I can get all the buttons to work and the song updates the name. I canāt get the image to load. Not even a basic image from a website in the correct size.
Everything is simple when you now how

Does the media player pull in an image in HA. For example, the ADB Android integration does but the Android TV Remote integration doesnāt. In dev tools states at the top it shows the below for entity picture and uses and API token. Iām wondering if a long lives access token would work. when I paste in the below in a browser using http://192.168.0.x:8123/ with the the IP being my HA server Iāve been moving to ESPHome/LVGL but Iām pretty sure OpenHasp can show web URL images. Below is from Spotify with the API and cache values removed.
You could also use the generic camera integration to use the URL as the source but I donāt know if the cache and ApI token will change randomly or not. You may be able to control the update interval this way also.

Iāve got a page showing electricity usage that includes yesterdayās energy and cost. It also displays the rates. Now these are pretty static, so on a reboot of the display they can take ages to get the values displayed. Iām running a Guition 4848S040 with a battery, but annoyingly when I unplug the charger, it always reboots!
Is there any way of forcing the data through, other than a reload of the openhasp integration?

Hallo ich brƤuchte auch mal eure Hilfe ich habe das WT32-SC01 plus und konnte openhasp drauf Flaschen, auf die Versionen habe ich geachtet wenn ich auf die Integration geh zeigt sie mir sofort die Platte aber nach der Configuration zeigt es mir an das die Platte nicht geladen werden kann HA sagt das die Configuration fehlerhaft ist und an dem Punkt komme ich nicht weiter. Vielen Dank schonmal fĆ¼r ihre Hilfe
Core2 screen stays black after flashing openHASP 0.7.0-rc13
Hi everyone,
Iāve just flashed openHASP 0.7.0-rc13 on an M5Stack Core2 and everything seems to start up fine ā Wi-Fi connects, I can reach the web UI, Telnet works, and commands like backlight on, backlight 255, and page 1 all return normal responses.
The only issue is that the screen stays completely black ā no backlight or display output at all.
Hereās what Iāve checked so far:
ā¢ Tried both m5stack-core2_full_16MB_v0.7.0-rc13_042fe05.bin and the OTA version.
ā¢ Confirmed itās using bckl: 32 with and without inversion (bcklinv: 1 and 0).
ā¢ Also tested GPIO 12 and 33 in case the pin mapping was different.
ā¢ The device logs show itās loading /pages.jsonl and changing to page 1 without errors.
ā¢ Flashing the M5Burner factory test lights the screen normally ā so hardware seems fine.
I might be missing something simple (e.g. display pin, config option, or calibration step).
Has anyone else seen this with rc13 on the Core2, or found a setting that gets the screen going?

I think this might be the new hardware revision, is it a Core2 V1.1 or V1.0?
The new revision uses a different power management chip for the display backlightā¦

i have installed the OPENHASP on my ESP32 and it works. Butā¦I only can use one Button, i did include a second button, but it has no effect. The same as the Timeā¦My Temperature works, but not the time.
Shutters are the sameā¦no action
Do i have missed something?
