I’m new to hass and i’m coming from a Vera Plus, i started with using Zwave integration in hass and it worked fine, except one unit, then I read a post of one that had a similar problem and he switched to OpenZWave (beta) and it worked for him, then I tried and it worked unless to of my sensors and I can’t find the problem, I have added and removed the devices several times and reset the devices and tried again.
Do any of you know what I do to fix this?
Solved:
i found out if i keep setting the sensor in to inclution around 10 times it took all the date and it works like it should now
I had this issue moving my system of 100 nodes.
Using ozw admin app -it’s a separate binary from GitHub- and I’m only saying that because I didn’t know it existed and it worked when the built in did not. wait for your nodes that work to be in “ complete” state, ie. the nw is ready
Then select the node you need to update and press Refresh
This will ( at least for me) request the device when the
nw is quiet. And it should repopulate ha. I use this process to complete 80 of my 100 nodes. Tedious but worked.
