OpenZWave unavailable entities

I switched over to OpenZWave and have come to a road block. All of my devices show up, but show up as ‘unavailable’. They show on the front end, and in config>integration>devices and >entities.
I have a small network of 8 devices that I am ok to restart from scratch.
The ozwdaemon UI (HASS Ingress) does not list any devices - the windows show, but are empty.
The Hass UI shows “Network Starting” and “Connecting to MQTT” (has been this way for a long time so something is hung).

I have restarted MQTT, OpenZWave, and HASS, with no luck.
Any recommendations are appreciated.

I rebooted my RPi and now have front end control of the entities.

Also, the ozwdaemon UI (HASS Ingress) window is no longer empty. I don’t know what cleared, but rebooting helped.

I still see this in the MQTT Log

1608301488: New client connected from 172.30.33.1 as mosq-0mUBEoocX3FBrT7ieN (p2, c1, k60, u’addons’). 1608301488: Client mosq-0mUBEoocX3FBrT7ieN disconnected.

and in the OZW log, I don’t see the node 255 (which seems to be an error). Mostly correct looking communications. Some errors such as
