currently there is no way to change the IP-adress after an integration has been added to HA. when it comes to a change of IP-adress at the integration hardware, you have to kill and reconnect the integration. in most cases all entities and settings are lost.
maybe it is possible, to add an option, where we can edit the IP-adress of the integration and all the settings are saved …
This is done on a per integration basis. Some allow full re-configuration, others have basically nothing.
