Were you able to get this working? I also have the SMLIGHT SLZB-MR4U and I am having these issues:

I think I set everything correctly. I followed this guide on the SMLight website: SMLight SLZB-MR4U I am using the Radio 1 (EFR32MG26) as Matter-over-Thread.
