Yup, here’s another vote for Dahua. At Amazon, you can purchase from Andy at EmpireTech. He sells them under the Loryta brand. Stocks them in the US, so they arrive promptly. And they’re just plain RELIABLE and DEPENDABLE.
What changed in 2022?
4MP cameras with larger sensors became available.
The 5442 model is currently the leader of the pack.
Resolution and price is better
More cheaper units with microphone
Wifi models require cloud in my experience so i avoid them
I’d happily reccomend a Reolink.
